Hedgehog’s aluminium casement windows and doors were used on this new modern extension in Rickmansworth. The contemporary project included 6 aluminium casement window openings suited to the modern renovation of the upper floor. In addition a single aluminium casement door was used with an integrated infill door panel and frosted glass, to provide additional access to the garden with a cohesive design finish.

Hedgehog’s slim casement windows were perfect for this modern design due to their thin aluminium framing. The window arrangements consisted of fixed windows mixed with top hung and side hung aluminium window units keeping to one style throughout the contemporary extension and renovation.

The slim framed aluminium casement windows and door were all finished in a powder coat of RAL 7016, a dark grey to compliment the crisp design of the modern extension and the white rendered walls for a contemporary design finish.
